- Flaxseed
- Gram flour (chickpea)
- Lentils
- Manoic
- Potato Starch/Flour
- Quinoa
- Sago
- Sesame
- Taro Flour
- Soy
- Tapioca
- Glucose made from tapioca
- Yam (iyan) flour
- Mesquite flour
Dairy products do not contain grains. Fruits and vegetables (except for corn) are not grains.
