Raspberries & Boysenberry Jam Cream Roulade w/ Vanilla Sponge Cake (GF)

Note: For the cake flour, substitute 2/3 Cup4Cup Gluten Free Multipurpose Flour minus 2/3 tablespoon plus 2/3 tablespoon arrowroot starch-flour or cornstarch, whisked. For the filling, use any combination of berries and jam you prefer.
