Ingredients are shown below:
- ½ cup creamy almond butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon stevia
- ¼ teaspoon celtic sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- In a large bowl, briskly stir the almond butter with a wooden spoon until creamy.
- Mix in eggs, honey, vanilla and stevia.
- Add salt, baking soda, cinnamon and mix well.
Pour the batter into a well greased 8" x 8" inch baking dish.
Bake at 325° for 12 to 15 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
